One World Education (OWEd) is a non-profit organization with a mission to promote global awareness, literacy and meaningful citizenship with educational resources that give voice to youth perspectives on culture and global issues. Our Schools Program publishes middle and high school student-authored Reflections about culture, local and global issues on our website. Local teachers build curriculum around the student writing to return youth knowledge back to classrooms in the form of engaging, interdisciplinary teaching resources for students to learn core academic subjects with 21st-century skills.
