Earlier this month we celebrated iEARN’s 25th Anniversary with a Teddy Bear Picnic. This week, we celebrate another iEARN project that uses a favorite childhood object to connect classrooms worldwide: kites.

On March 20, iEARN continues its annual tradition of designing, building, and flying kites with personal and group images of peace and our dreams for a better world. Students and teachers around the world are putting the finishing touches on their kites in preparation to fly them during the vernal equinox.  Read more >
