Shanley Pinchotti

Program Manager (YES Program)

​Shanley Pinchotti is a Program Manager (YES Program) based in Fairfax, VA. As a Program Manager, she leads the daily implementation of the YES program, coordinates leadership development opportunities for students and alumni, and assists with iEARN-USA’s social media and marketing efforts. Previously, Shanley worked for 17 years as a Foreign Service Officer for the United States Agency for International Development and lived in Ukraine, Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Belgium. Prior to USAID, Shanley worked on student exchange programs at American Councils.

She graduated from Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium with an MA in International Development and received her BA in Psychology from the College of William and Mary.
