BRIDGE Educators from Nine Countries Meet Face to Face in Morocco

Twenty-five educators from the BRIDGE Program received full scholarship to attend the BRIDGE Workshop and iEARN International Conference held in Marrakech, Morocco July 15-22, 2017. These educators traveled from Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia, UAE, and the United States to spend a week together learning from one another and inspiring global collaboration.

On March 8, iEARN-USA staff members, Dina Guirguis, Christine McCaleb and Julia Heitner, traveled to Washington D.C. to take part in the Alliance for International Exchange Advocacy Day on March 9, 2017.

120 Global Educators Engage in Online Professional Development

During February and March, over 120 global educators from 11 countries came together to engage in online professional development for the BRIDGE Program, supported by the Stevens Initiative. During the online course, participants collaborated with others educators from the Middle East, North Africa, and the United States.
