Students from different countries share the meaning of their names with the world through iEARN. They start in finding information about their names and then create a drawing or other visual to represent themselves and their name. They are excited to share what their names mean and to learn about what other names from different countries mean.

This activity is a project in iEARN called My Name Around the World. In this project, students can show their personality and knowledge, and improve their organization, communication and creativity. By doing this project, students can learn more than they expect and enjoy their own names and naming traditions around the world.
