Hannah Barrentine
CompaƱeros de Clase Globales Program Manager
Hannah Barrentine is iEARN-USA’s Program Manager for our grant-funded program, CompaƱeros de Clase Globales. Fluent in Spanish and Former Peace Corps Volunteer with 10 years of experience in cultural exchange, K-12 and higher education, language teaching, and program development across various sectors, she’s a true asset to the team. Hannah has had the privilege of working with diverse communities in the U.S, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and South Africa, bringing a unique global perspective and intercultural competency that profoundly shapes the way she leads and works with others. Hannah holds a BA in Global Studies and an MA in International Education Management. Fueled by a commitment to social good, Hannah thrives when people are at the heart of her work.
Prior to joining iEARN, she spent the last four years with Major League Baseball and the San Francisco Giants, onboarding Latin American athletes transitioning to the U.S., offering language teaching, high school completion, life skills, and cultural integration support. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, salsa dancing, and being outdoors.
Passionate about providing students access to a global education, she aims to foster interconnectedness through virtual exchanges, enriching student experiences worldwide.
