Ivie A. Serioux

Ivie A. Serioux, a senior associate in the New York City office of Littler Mendelson, represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.  Her practice focuses on representing and counseling employers in all aspects of employment discrimination litigation as well as emerging issues in Title IX compliance and litigation impacting the educational sector. She has represented clients in administrative proceedings as well as state and federal courts including successfully arguing before the Second Circuit of Appeals. Ivie also handles traditional labor arbitrations, negotiates collective bargaining agreements, conducts internal workplace investigations and manager/ employee trainings.

She also focuses her practice on providing advice and counsel to employers regarding their diversity and inclusion initiatives, training, and programming for talent recruitment and retention. She customizes and delivers impactful training on all topics related to anti-harassment, diversity and inclusion in order to improve innovation, employee engagement and performance. Ivie earned her J.D from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and completed her undergraduate studies at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
