Brooklyn Yoga Classes to Benefit iEARN-USA

This September, 100% of proceeds from Bend + Bloom Yoga Studio’s Friday afternoon, “Blooming Teachers” class will benefit iEARN-USA. Class proceeds will go to support a different registered 501c3 charity each month from September 2019 – July 2020, and iEARN-USA is honored to be a recipient for September 2019.

The one-hour pay-what-you can yoga class will be taught by a Julia Heitner, a recent graduate of Bend + Bloom’s 200-Hr Teacher Training program, and staff member at iEARN-USA.

This class blends effective technique with energizing sequences to help you tune into your alignment and enjoy your breath. Principles of anatomy and biomechanics help to cultivate clarity in form and optimize your experience on the mat. This class offers plenty of time to explore poses to uplift and strengthen students in heart, body, and mind.
