Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Abroad Program

A Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs sponsored program offering high school students and recent graduates in the U.S. full scholarships for up to one academic year to live and study abroad in countries with significant Muslim populations. iEARN manages the YES Abroad program in Mali.

Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program

A Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs sponsored program that brings high school students from countries with significant Muslim populations to spend an academic year in the US. iEARN is currently responsible for the recruitment of students from Arab-Israel, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Liberia, Mali, Pakistan, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Suriname.

National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y)

A Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs sponsored program that provides merit-based scholarships for eligible high school students to learn less commonly taught languages in summer, and academic year international immersion programs.

Photojournalism 2.014: Heritage, Hunger, and Food Security

A program connecting educators and students in Pakistan, Tajikistan, and the United States through journalistic ties and regional reporting, with a focus the theme on local and regional food systems.
