As a result of iEARN online course, participants develop a Project Plan throughout the course period and implement  it with their students.  Throughout the process they and collaborate with peers all around the world. Teacher Tommie Hamaluba in Bostwana completed the Social Studies online course in April 2003.  He and his students worked on the iEARN project "The Value of Money."  Tommie is now an iEARN course facilitator for the Social Studies and Moving Voices online courses.
