 In 2004, iEARN-USA was awarded in the Education category of the Tech Museum Awards in recognition of its online course program. The Tech Awards is an international awards program that honors innovators from around the world who are applying technology to benefit humanity.
 In 2003, iEARN-USA was announced as co-recipient (with Sesame Workshop's Global Grover) of the Goldman Sachs Foundation Prize for Excellence in International Education in the field of media and technology. The Award was established along with the Asia Society to identify effective and replicable models of international education that address concerns about the economic, social, and diplomatic costs of educational isolationism.
