Here is the list of some periodicals and websites on teaching with
modern technologies. Some of them have accepted articles about iEARN
projects and iEARNers, so why not to share your Story of Success
with other educators? Besides, you can try to submit your articles to
local newspapers and national teachers' magazines. Below on
this page you can also find some websites to submit your students'
writings.

magazine published by Synergy Learning International, a non-for-profit
corporation engaged in publishing and professional development for
educators, pre-K through middle school. The publication target is
educators, schools and curriculum centers across the US, Canada and
overseas. It is an independent science, math and technology magazine
that consistently looks for and publishes the writing of teachers. They
seek out complete articles that explain how something is done in a full

Development (ASCD) written by practitioners for practitioners. It is a magazine about

An online journal
published by the Fischler School of Education and Human Services at
Nova Southeastern University that is an open access, bimonthly,
peer-reviewed, online periodical focusing on the creative use of
information technology (IT) to enhance educational processes at all
levels in academic, commercial, and government settings. The
Editor-in-Chief, James L. Morrison, seeks manuscripts that provide
descriptions of technological innovations and their implementation;
information on the newest IT educational projects, programs, tools, and
trends; critical reflections on the changing nature of teaching,
learning, and training with IT in the 21st century; and concept
descriptions that point to important new directions for research,
product, and process development. Authors interested in contributing to

A
new, international, multidisciplinary, free journal for innovative
science teaching, Science in School, is now available on the Internet.
Launched by EIROforum, a partnership between Europe's seven largest
intergovernmental research organizations, the journal will appear
quarterly online and in print. Although aimed at a European audience,
the material in the journal can be adapted for use in other countries.
Articles include suggestions on activities to foster interest in

The Science Teacher
A peer-reviewed journal published by the National Science Teachers
Association for secondary school teacher. Authors are welcomed to
submit original manuscripts, Idea Bank articles, or commentaries on any
secondary science education topic.

magazine about integrating technology into school teaching. Stronger
focus on hardware and software features rather than teaching
methodology and practice itself. Among regular departments: software
and hardware reviews; list of grants, contests and awards resources for

Journal welcomes submissions from educators involved in integrating
technology into their curricula. Articles may describe effective
administrative or instructional projects with a local, regional,
statewide, national or international scope. Features should address the

web-based book on how technology is being used in the schools around
the world. The goal of the site is to have a chapter on each country in
the world. So far (May, 2005) they have only few chapters, which means
you can be the first to provide the information on using technology for
collaborative learning in your country. A template for submissions is

VOICES Tomorrow's Leaders~Today's Issues
VOICES is an international quarterly that will now
be published in a magazine format and a new interactive web edition
that is easy and fun to read. It is written by older high school and
college/university aged students for their peers around the world so
that young people can inspire their peers to take an interest in the
issues that confront our world. VOICES will feature interviews with
people who lead by example representing all walks of life as well as
editorials written by anyone 16-25 years of age who is interested in
sharing their opinions and solutions to the domestic, international and
youth related issues that concern them. They have reporters as far away
as China, Pakistan, Morocco, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, the Netherlands,
Israel, etc. and invite anyone who is interested to share their voice
and help eradicate the misconceptions we have about other people in our
world - misconceptions that fuel fear, hatred and often erupt in
violence.
The
mission of the site is to encourage writing and publishing of
authors of all ages and provide teachers with writing and
technology integration resources. The site hosts a writing club
for students in grades K-12 and provides an audience for their
poems or stories.

teachers throughout their writing, editing, and publishing processes.
The site features lots of instructional and motivational tools that
help students find a place to brainstorm, draft, review, revise,
and polish their work. For students, the site provides entry forms for
The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and scholarship opportunities
for graduating high school seniors. For teachers, the site offers
strategies, resources, and
lesson plans that help build and encourage students to improve and
