Arun Kumar is a Senior Vice President-Group Director of Analytics at Publicis Groupe. Within the Groupe, he is working as part of Razorfish/Publicis One Team, dedicated to serving a large financial services client. Arun’s focus areas are helping clients make sense of their data and understand their overall marketing ROI. Prior to this role, Arun was a Management Consultant with Opera Solutions, where he worked with several companies in the financial services and gaming industries, helping them leverage data and analytics to sharpen their marketing outreach and deliver appropriate customer communication. Arun has several years of experience specializing in data and technology, and is always working to bring the two closer together in order to drive value for businesses and their customers.
Arun grew up in India, and has had a firsthand view of how education can help developing countries grow and strengthen their workforce. It has been a passion area for him for a long time, so much so that he ran his own education training related startup while he was in college, growing it over 500% in the span of 3 years.
Arun also serves as a board/advisory council member for BWG strategy group-A network of professionals aimed at driving connectedness among the digital media industry. He is also a regular speaker at conferences and events related to media analytics.
Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace from Punjab University in India and a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad.
